Responsibilities & Context

As one of the largest IT service providers in the country, we are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced personnel to join our Bid Management team.
- Identify potential bid opportunities aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and technical teams to assess feasibility and strategic fit.
- Craft detailed and compelling proposals that address client needs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to create customized bid responses.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission.
- Proficient in documentation, BOQ & Presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and guidelines.
- Perform risk assessments and address client concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices, and use this knowledge to inform bid strategies and enhance our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with OEM, subcontractors, and suppliers during the bidding process.
- Having good knowledge of PPR (Public Procurement Regulation) 2008, PPA (Public Procurement Act) 2006, e-GP & and International tender.
