Requirements
Education
A Graduate in Industrial Engineering from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
4-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (Preferably in RMG)
Knowledge of engineering economics, relevant technologies, decision analysis, optimization tools, material handling, statistics, mathematics, and production planning process including the application of LEAN principles to process improvement
Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing
Good analytical ability, and interpersonal skill
Responsibilities & Context
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in organizational processes and propose solutions for improvement across workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes across functions to ensure consistency and quality
Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and improve overall operational performance
Provide training and guidance to teams on implementing new processes and facilitate the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with organizational standards
Analyze data and metrics to track improvements and present reports to the management
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement
