- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a recognized University acceptable to the Bank. (MBA or equivalent can also apply)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role in reputed Bank/Financial Institution will be given preference.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Age: Should not exceed 35 years as on 31 March 2025
Responsibilities & Context
Senior Relationship Officer/Relationship Officer – Corporate Banking
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular engagement and communication.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support lending and credit decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product management to deliver optimal service.
- Monitor and report on the performance of client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting corporate banking.
