Responsibilities & Context
ACI Motors is looking for experienced field service engineer who will ensure the proper after sales service & spare parts of commercial vehicle – FOTON in the assigned territory.
- Execute after sales service activities of commercial vehicle in assigned territories.
- Drive the spare parts sales in the assigned region.
- Frequent field/ customers visit to ensure customers’ satisfaction level.
- Monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the services level as per standards.
- Train, develop, and monitor the technicians to esure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with customers and ensure maintenance and product related supports.
- Arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
- Support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
