Responsibilities & Context
- To duly manage and monitor activities of nursing staffs
- To propose to ensure obtaining of training in workplace, skill and required knowledge for performance of present and future duty of nurses
- To ensure information/ statistics as per requirement and properly necessary record keeping
- To conduct BCC functions among staffs under subordination in order to ensure health education and communicative relation with them, notice of required information of patients and their companions
- To play role in quality standard waste management of hospital
- To undertake other duties given by higher authority.
