• Shift Management & Manpower:

Prepare and execute shift-wise manpower schedules based on production demands.
Supervise and guide production team members during the shift to meet performance targets.
Maintain discipline, safety, and efficiency among shift staff.

Production Operations:

Monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure achievement of output targets.
Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality control departments to minimize downtime and resolve production issues promptly.

Planning & Budgeting:

Assist in preparing monthly production plans aligned with capacity and demand forecasts.
Develop and maintain a manpower budget considering production requirements and efficiency goals.

Cost & Efficiency Control:

Identify and implement methods to reduce production time, material wastage, and overall costs.
Optimize equipment usage, reduce idle times, and improve productivity metrics.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all products meet defined quality specifications.
Collaborate with the quality control team to perform root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions.
