Responsibilities & Context

Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of RAC/HVAC and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Monitor and maintain the resort’s cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to meet safety and efficiency standards.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all HVAC/RAC systems.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts and a quick response to any system issues.
Keep accurate logs, reports, and records of repairs, inspections, and system performance.
Assist in implementing energy-saving measures and sustainable solutions
Proficiency in maintenance, installation, and repair of RAC/HVAC systems.
Ability to work rotating shifts and quickly respond to emergencies.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
