Additional Requirements

Idea about the running condition of the bulk dyeing machines.
Discuss with senior production officer about the program and dyeing process etc.
Shade arrangement according to the program.
Program set – up for each machine.
Check of dyes and chemicals and ensure perfect dosing.
Collect Color recipe from dyeing manager & Deputy manager.
Identification & solution of faulty dyed fabric discussed with DM & AM.
Write SR for color recipe approved by senior for each machine.
Collect machine, lab dips, recipes etc according to the program.
Check of fabric, rolls, rib & weight etc before loading in the machine.
Constant supervision & ensure proper quality of critical point during sourcing and dyeing: Scouring cycle time and duration, Residual Peroxide, Enzyme pH and smoothness, Dye bath pH and Auxiliaries, Water hardness, Softness and quality of dyed fabric, Various dosing -dye, salt, soda caustic etc.
Shade matching in the presence of minimum two persons in the light box with buyer requirement.
Lab to Bulk dyes combination, Recipe making, recipe and if need correction to dye one chance bath Drop and avoid Topping at the best level.
Highest Dyeing Production. Achievement of 3 batch/Day per Dyeing machine.
Each Day fulfil Dyeing target production according to Dyeing Plan.
Re Dyeing, Re wash not more than 2% maximum RFT of Dyeing.
Analysis of yarn Brand, Yarn lot, Dyes lot, Rib, Body lot matching to get correct Bulk dyeing Recipe.
