Job Responsibility:

• Production Supervision: Oversee all production activities during their shift, ensuring that production targets are met and the process runs smoothly.

• Team Management: Manage and supervise the production team, including assigning tasks, providing direction, and addressing any issues.

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that it meets specified standards.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.

• Machine wise performance: Ensuring the maximum output as per machine capacity.

• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, ensuring that sufficient supplies are available for production and placing orders as needed.

• Communication: Maintain communication with other departments and the shift manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, quality control results, and maintenance logs.
• Any task assigned by the management.
