Responsibilities & Context
Top plan, execute and follow up the production activities and control the quality production with related activities
Shade matching is the most prominent role
To ensure Shift Wise Production with quality.4
To check dyeline according to batch plan
To check daily production report
To confirm the pre-treatment and dyeing process
To adjust machine parameter such as reel speed, pump speed, cycle time etc.
To solve production related problem and inform senior person
To discuss with senior person about overall production if necessary
To study dye and chemicals nature which is delivered by the manufacturers and apply them correctly to the production
To control subordinates and ensure their responsibility.
