Job Vacancy: Shopify App Developer – Team Lead

We’re looking for a Shopify App Developer Team Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team and developing high-quality Shopify apps.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of Node.js (backend development is your strong suit)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential
• Experience with Shopify APIs and app development (public and custom apps)
• Proven experience in team coordination and mentoring developers
• Familiarity with REST / GraphQL, Git, and modern development workflows
• In-depth knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, React, .NET or Java, and REST APIs

What you will do:

• Lead a team of frontend and backend developers
• Develop customized Shopify apps (public)
• Work fully remote with flexible hours
• Contribute technically through hands-on coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions and roadmap planning
• Promote knowledge sharing within the team and encourage professional growth
• Ensure software quality, scalability, and security
• Optimize processes, tools, and workflows using Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD practices
