Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth market operations and proper maintenance of the shopping mall.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of under-construction works.
- Supervise and manage security staff and other personnel.
- Build and maintain effective communication with shop tenants and rental takers.
- Communicate with Rajuk personnel to ensure compliance with instructions.
- Prepare reports and submit them to the market committee regularly.
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the market committee.
