Education

• Bachelor/Honors
• Degree in Marketing or similar is highly advantageous.

  Retail Store, Shipping, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Boutique/ Fashion, Watch, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Shop/Showroom

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dress/ Cloth Showroom.
• Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally at a similar company.
• Extensive experience selling comparable products.
• Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
• Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
• Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
• Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
• Excellent written skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

As a brand showroom manager you must be familiar with store operations, stock maintain, product knowledge, and sales training. Managing sales associates, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction are also crucial. Try to find out what products are being updated over time as compared to customer tastes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain showroom as per company standards
• Proper management and discipline of showroom all staff.
• Creating a sales oriented environment in the showroom.
• Ability to run all staff as a team
• Give feedback to owner on specific product requirements
• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
• Supervising the use of test models to prevent product damage.
• Negotiating prices and payment plans and then sales.
• Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
• Manage inventory in a manner that it is correctly accounted, available, provides high returns on investment and is not prone to ageing and waste
