- Handle retail sales operational issues of retail sales.
- Deal stock for all products for each outlet based on sales & stock analysis.
- Sales & Stock analysis and set new sales projection.
- Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation. Initiatives to increase per sft sales through product diversity.
- Supervise all staff to operate the retail stores smoothly.
- Operations for planning & executing sales promotions and Profit protection.
