Proven experience in senior management roles in Feed Manufacturing factories.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of Feed Mill production processes, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
Ability to handle pressure and lead teams to achieve challenging goals.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A “can-do” attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Location: Dapdapia, Nalchity, Jhalokathi, Barishal

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and manage all operations of the factory (FEED MILL) with strong command and control.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations of Poultry & Fish Feed Plant.
Oversee all departments and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve monthly production targets.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes, reduce costs from every production unit.
Monitor and ensure timely production and delivery in time.
Collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient sourcing of raw materials and inventory management.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all department heads and staff.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and increase overall efficiency.
Uphold and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
Create and maintain a secure working environment by implementing safety protocols.
Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
