Should have a sharp knowledge of RSC, Nirapon, DIFE, Structural design, plumbing drawing, etc.
Should have sound knowledge of Fair face building experience, quality control, safety security, and project management system of high-rise buildings having multiple basements.
Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.
Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor’s Running bill.
Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings Have to take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
Have to take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control. Have more knowledge about civil construction- garments factory of RSC’s Compliance Certificate and have to give more time at sight office.
