Site Engineer – Interior Works

Job Description:

• Supervise all interior and finishing works of the PNTP Admin and Workshop Building at Purbachal.
• Must have solid experience in interior fit-out and finishing works such as flooring, ceiling, partition, painting, and joinery.
• Ensure that all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship before approval of any finishing activity.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other discipline engineers to maintain smooth workflow at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and support the DCM in preparing weekly progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper use of PPE by all workers and subcontractors.
• Inspect each stage of finishing works to ensure high-quality standards and prevent rework.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure effective utilization of materials and resources.
• Assist in verifying subcontractor bills, work measurements, and material consumption reports.
• Report directly to the Deputy Construction Manager (DCM) and ensure daily progress as per the approved schedule.
