Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide necessary support to the B2B organization by performing the activation of connections and maintaining stock availability of SIM cards, dials, handsets, and modems.
  • Generate various analyses and reports for stakeholders as required by the Support Manager.
  • Assess product demand and communicate stock requirements to supply chain management.
  • Plan and manage lifting operations, supervise stock replenishment, set credit limits and settlement schedules, and monitor timely credit realization.
  • Obtain usage data from IT and POS as required by the Support Manager’s directives.
  • Manage B2B reporting databases and update them as necessary. Prepare and share various activity reports (e.g., usage, activation) on a regular basis with stakeholders.
  • Collect and compile reports including past due summaries, usage reports, and zero usage reports.
  • Forecast and plan departmental vehicle requirements based on business needs.
  • Prepare all necessary documents related to expenditures and petty cash to facilitate review and approval by the Head of Division.
