Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 45 years

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong .NET Core, API, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC knowledge.
• Experience with Cloud technologies especially AWS cloud technologies, AWS DevOps, CI/CD, Virtual Machines, App Services, AWS Functions, etc.
• Extensive experience with database principles and SQL, stored procedures, and REST API.
• Strong working knowledge of various SDLC practices, concepts, and techniques, including Agile Scrum and Agile tools, GIT, and BDD, Documentation.
• Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, etc.
• Experience with Javascript frontend frameworks, React, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap, node.js, Containers, and Microservices.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Providing software development leadership and direction to the development team.
• Responsible for creating a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project’s scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
• Skilled problem-solver, able to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and devise effective solutions.
• Ensuring the quality of the deliverables by overseeing the testing and quality assurance processes.
• Interact with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any technical concerns.
• Coordinating the efforts of the various team members, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that the team is working collaboratively towards the project goals.
• Have team managerial and motivating skills to regulate team members’ attitudes.
