• The role responsibilities are to perform a wide range of luxury spa treatments including massages, facials, body rituals, and holistic therapies. Offer personalized consultations and create tailored treatment plans for guests. Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, and protocols. Provide a warm, discreet, and professional guest experience in line with luxury service standards.
