Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IELTS training (Online or Offline).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching Spoken English (Online or Offline).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IELTS test format and scoring system.
• IELTS Band Score of 7.5+ (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in using Smart Board for interactive teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Experience in teaching both kids and adults.
• Ability to conduct engaging Smart Board-assisted lessons.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and interactive learning methods.

Responsibilities & Context

Spoken English Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English classes for both kids and adults using Smart Board technology.
• Deliver engaging lessons focused on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Provide 1-to-1 mentorship for students needing personalized support.
• Use interactive teaching methods like role-plays, storytelling, group discussions, and multimedia activities.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching techniques for different age groups and learning styles.
• Stay updated with modern digital teaching tools to enhance classroom engagement.

IELTS Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) using Smart Board technology.
• Provide 1-to-1 mentorship for students requiring personalized guidance.
• Develop structured lesson plans, mock tests, and study materials.
• Guide students on effective test-taking strategies and time management.
• Monitor students’ performance through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and trends.
