Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled English Spoken & IELTS Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proven experience in preparing students for the IELTS exam, and a flair for interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies. The role involves both group and one-on-one sessions, focusing on improving students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, as well as providing strategic preparation for high IELTS band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging spoken English and IELTS preparation classes to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and IELTS exam requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide personalized feedback to help students improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS formats, marking criteria, and exam trends.
• Guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and effective study habits.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Foster a supportive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to achieve their goals.
• Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students, addressing individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to continuously improve course delivery.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and curriculum development initiatives.
