- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to improve spoken English skills.
- Conduct interactive sessions to practice speaking, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Assess students’ spoken English proficiency through tests and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their speaking abilities.
- Update teaching materials and methodologies to reflect best practices.
- Encourage and motivate students to participate in class discussions.
- Prepare and deliver individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs.
- Class Room Management
- Monitor and document students’ progress and provide Daily Reports. Patience and the ability to engage students in learning.
