Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Sales Experience. Added advantage will be given to who has experience in selling BOQ, Substation, Busbar Trunking System, Transformer, Distribution Board.
- Skill required: BOQ, Electrical (Power), Experience in Substation or power industrial will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop Sales plans and strategies.
- Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.
- Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences, and professional networking.
- Create and report on business plans, monitoring their efficacy and progress.
- Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.
- Manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.
- Maintain the quality of services, customer support and level of service in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.
- Should have to visit door to door basis in assigned industrial and commercial Zone and collect new requirements.
- Achieve sales target agreed mutually between sales person and the management.
- Strong Negotiating Skills
- To visit prospective customers regularly and maintain relationship with the existing customers.
- Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
