Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure to close deals.·
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.·
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.·
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.·
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.·
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.

Achieve monthly sales targets to ensure the profitability of the organization.
Maintaining clients’ database, maintaining sales & other reports.
Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales reports.
Right attitudes for promoting the company’s product and brand image.
Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visits to the client.
Achieving the target given by the management.
