Responsibilities & Context

Asset Management:

  • Implement asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and recycling as per the “Company Asset Management Regulations.”
  • Summarize issues, propose constructive suggestions, and streamline the asset management process.
  • Follow up on asset inventory lists monthly, verify accuracy, and update the process/system as needed.

Bills Approval:

  • Review reimbursement documents timely as per the “Reimbursement Management Regulations.”
  • Prepare accurate reimbursement summaries and improve the reimbursement system.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in reimbursement reviews and address any issues promptly.

Procurement Management:

  • Receive and process stationery requisitions from HQ and area divisional offices according to the stationery management SOP.
  • Manage ID cards and visit card requisitions every two months.
  • Handle requisitions for fixed assets from back-office employees, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.

Dormitory Management:

  • Allocate dormitories for Chinese employees and maintain standard accommodation conditions.
  • Oversee canteen arrangements, ensuring timely and varied meals with no waste.

Regular Work Review:

  • Address daily administrative affairs, sort out work processes, and train subordinates.
  • Plan and supervise events such as theme days, sports meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure efficient office operations, cleanliness, reduced material loss, and high employee participation in activities.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely and accurate inventory management.
  • 100% accuracy in reimbursement reviews.
  • Timely processing and dispatch of requisitions.
  • High standards of dormitory management and canteen arrangements.
  • Effective supervision of administrative tasks and event planning with a focus on innovation and participation.
