Create new customer, retaining and increasing business share to achieve the sales target.
To develop strategies, tactics for sales achievement and profit targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients.
Work with customers to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that are mutually beneficial.
Finalize sales transactions and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems
Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
Establish personal sales goals and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and CRM systems
Conduct all sales activities with honesty and integrity, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customer’s issues.
To ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints
