    Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning

Additional Requirements

  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Should have sound knowledge on Compliance Management & BLL-2006.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate effectively with external training providers to ensure high-quality content delivery and up-to-date training programs
  • To Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational objectives.
  • Design, develop and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials tailored to diverse employee needs and learning styles.
  • Integrate various learning methodologies, including e-learning, on-the-job training, mentoring and classroom training.
  • Facilitate and conduct in-house training sessions when required, ensuring interactive and impactful knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment.
  • Leverage external training providers when necessary and manage their performance.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, progress and outcomes for management review.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Promote awareness of available training resources and encourage employee participation.
  • Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR training and development.
