Responsibilities & Context
- Have to work existing IT Infrastructure and work on upcoming IT projects
- Help managers to design and map all kinds of IT projects as well as to improve all IT work processes
- Configuration of all IT devices, network devices
- Assembling of IT Equipment
- Conduct and supervise all kinds of IT supports along with other team members
- Conduct and supervise all end user supports
- Provide technical support to small business units and branch offices
- Perform complete IT procurement process
- Need to keep assets and inventory up to date
- Troubleshoot all IT equipment, help and tech other team members
- Monitor and ensure the network connectivity uptime of all small business units
- Implement and assist new IT process and policies for betterment of IT
- Maintain communication with business partners as well as outside stockholders
