Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
Ensure that the store meets sales and profitability targets
Implement store policies and procedures effectively.
Maintain store appearance and ensure that all products are well-displayed.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock orders.
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staffing.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations.
