Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Constant endeavor to achieve the monthly patient target (OPD&IPD) assigned by the authority.
Formulate marketing strategy, and coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve optimum expansion of service.
Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and chambers to inform them about the facilities of our hospital.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential customers.
Market survey related to health services as when advised by management.
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
Create awareness of and develop the brand image of the hospital.
Analyze and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visits to customers such as pharmacies, G.P, Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic centers, etc.
Any other responsibilities are given by the Management.
