Requirements

Education

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably focusing on Software products, B2B solutions, and SaaS/Cloud email solutions.

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.

• Have experience in both inbound and outbound sales.

• Experience planning, pitching, and documenting.

• Knowledge of communication and negotiation strategy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context

Company Overview:

BluBird Interactive Ltd. has been a leader in custom web application development since 2013, providing e-commerce, cloud email solutions, and SaaS product services for both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s product or service.

• Updating customer information in the database as instructed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email solutions both offline and online.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.

• Deliver against business and pipeline goals, prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.

• Discover and understand customer requirements on both a business and technical level, and close sales.

• Build and maintain executive relationships with the customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

• Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.

• Familiar with CRM software like Hubspot, Asana, Odoo, and others.
