- The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
- Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
- Should have excellent people management skills.
- Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office Packages.
Responsibilities & Context
- Career Opportunity at 100% leading Export Oriented Garments Factory in Compliance Department.
- Prepare factory to conduct audit.
- Co-operation with auditor during factory visit.
- Factory visit to ensure compliance issues.
- Ensuring all kind of Health and safety.
- Ensuring fire safety related work; Conducting fire drill and follow up accordingly Follow up electrical safety related work
- .Root cause analyzing and try to remove any problems.Try to remove audit findings.
- Implementation of buyer’s requirement.
- Implementation of factories and buyer’s COC.
- Help to buildup good interpersonal relation with worker and management.
- Monitor and inspire to take corrective measure to reduce factory wastage.
- Regularly follow up of personal file, salary sheet, benefits, compensation related documents.
- Take awareness class for workers about fire safety, health and safety, electrical safety, product safety, environmental safety etc. Provide training for Ethical, Technical, Security and other issues.
- Arrange first aider training by company doctor. Keep grievance record properly with necessary corrective action.
- Motivate employee and workers about company’s rules, regulation and polices.
- Follow up all others departments work if there are any corruptions.
- Ensuring PPE of all hazardous area and aware employee about its proper uses. Follow up and arrange all kind of COC, Posters, Stickers etc are posted as per instructions.
- Follow up and arrange all type of compliance related marking/sign.
- Follow up and ensuring all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of Audit.
- Any other additional task assigned by the company management.
