Responsibilities & Context

This position have to look after few factories of Ashulia & Uttara Zone of this company and will have frequent factory visit to perform the below Job:

• To aware workers about company policies.
• To handle grievance from workers end.
• Counseling with workers and floor staff.
• Conducting different types of survey and report as per need.
• Organize different types of workshop. Such as: Welfare Officer, HR Officer.
• Conducting different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti Harassment Committees.
• Investigate on any types of grievance as per need, based on investigations report and insist the factory management necessary action.
• Any other job given by the management
