Job Context:

A reputed textile manufacturer is looking for competent individual for Dyeing R&D who have APP & First bulk dyeing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the dyeing process, including preparation, dyeing, finishing, and quality for all samples and first bulk.
Candidate must have good knowledge about different dyeing process like reactive, disperse acid dyes etc.
Candidate must have good knowledge in polyester dyeing and double part dyeing.
Candidate must have vast knowledge in proper shade matching and recipe adjustment.
Candidate must have good knowledge in addition/topping.
Candidate must have proper managing power of his sample dyeing team as well as his sample dyeing floor. Also fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Candidate should have vast knowledge in dyes chemicals properties. Also need to trial different dyes chemicals with proper documentation.
Daily sample dyeing plan preparation and follow up based on sample TNA.
Candidate must have good knowledge in fabrication wise dyeing process declaration.
Identify and implement new process for improvement and also to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage and improvement of color consistency.
Maintaining batchwise proper documentation such as dyeing recipe with dyeing sequence for all samples and first bulk.
Ensuring 80% RFT in sample dyeing.
