Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

A leading knit textile factory is looking for some dedicated & passionate individual for Fabric Planning Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with Merchandising Dept. to get Color approvals, accessories and fabric approval to start bulk yarn purchase, bulk Knitting and Dyeing to meet finished fabric delivery as per TNA Plan.
Must be capable of doing a monthly finish fabric delivery plan. Weekly batch wise delivery plan. Monthly finished fabrics T&A considering speed order difficulties.
Arrange yarn booking & follow up to in-house yarn.
Know about the standard lead time of Knitting & dyeing in a knit composite factory.
Distribute Finished Fabric TNA Plan to Yarn Procurement Team, Knitting and Dyeing Dept. to proceed knitting and Dyeing as per required Fabric TNA Plan.
Must be capable of doing real time dyeing machine loading plan. Weekly dyeing Freeze Plan. Monthly dyeing machine loading plan considering color matrix and machine design capacity.
Full responsible to make machine wise Dyeing Planning based on T&A.
Co-ordinate with Dyeing, Lab to ensure optimum use of Dyeing Capacity.
Co-ordinate with Batch Section and Store for smooth Batch support.
Make batch plan to dyeing the required fabrics as per schedule.
Update the Lab Dip Approval Status and Bulk Hanger Approval Status to achieve the Dyeing Plan.
Prepare various production report and analyze those to find out the plan vs actual status.
Make TNA to start fabric production (y/d, knitting, dyeing) as per cutting plan.
Make fabric delivery plan as per cutting plan.
Co-ordinate with quality & merchandiser to deliver shade variation fabrics.
Check & confirm all additional & excess fabrics requirement.
Co-ordinate with cutting dept. to make sure cutting closing as per delivered fabric order.
Attend all production meeting.
Make proper balance status to make sure on time fabric delivery to cutting.
Make order closing status for every order.
