- Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct time and production study in production process and give solution to maintain SMV and efficiency.
- Take necessary steps to avoid unnecessary process and try to simplify it.
- Ensure proper optimization of resources and minimize the wastages.
- Ability to take skill test of operators and train the operators to improve their productivity efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis of major defects and find solution.
- Execute different types of IE tools and techniques as per SOP.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
