Sr. Executive/Executive – IE & Work Study (Woven Garments)

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct time and production study in production process and give solution(s) to maintain SMV and efficiency.
• Calculate cost per garment by considering SMV, fabric, trims, accessories, labor, overhead and wastage.
• Analyze style-wise, buyer-wise, and order-wise cost variations to ensure profitability.
• Work with the concerned departments to calculate fabric and trim consumption.
• Ensure proper optimization of resources and minimize wastages.
• Execute different types of IE tools and techniques as per SOP.
• Take skill test of operators and train operators to improve their productivity and efficiency.
• Take necessary steps to avoid unnecessary process and try to simplify those.
• Perform any other task assigned by the management.
