Additional Requirements

Assist GM, Media and Communications for media management activities (ATL & BTL Media)
Prepare annual media calendar for TV, Print, OOH etc.
Ensure proper billing and ensure efficient vendor management
Coordinate with agency and ensure timely and proper execution of the plan as per calendar & Spots monitoring with billing process of media buying
Monitor various ATL & BTL media investments of whole Consumer Brands.
Ensure internal and external communication related tasks.
Coordinate event and activation programs based on business requirements.
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business and report notable threats to GM, Media and Communications.
Ensure proper reporting as per management need.
Frequently visit outdoor sites to ensure proper display of advertisements.
Ensure ROI of all media investments.
Complete any other job assigned by GM, Media, and Communications.
