We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented and experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Follow Up Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouch and Film Making for Maximum Quality Production.
Supervise employee in every step of product manufacturing to ensure quality & Safety.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Assist to develop processes and systems to ensure product quality.
Confirm the quality of raw materials and accessories before production.
Ensure product quality checking by processing quality control.
Identify the alteration and rectify the rejected products, analyze the root cause and take corrective initiatives.
Maintain records and deliver the quality control report to the concerned supervisor.
Guide to the quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques.
