To attain the ultimate goal, we are searching Sr. Executive (VAT) having robust professional attachment and well experience in Lubricating Industry or manufacturing company depending on the following Job Responsibilities and Job Specification.
- VAT Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all VAT regulations and requirements set forth by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) of Bangladesh.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all VAT-related transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments at NBR approved VAT software.
- VAT Price Declaration: To prepare VAT declaration (4.3) at NBR approved VAT software with actual formula time to time and submit for approval.
- VAT Return Filing: Preparing and filing VAT returns in a timely manner, adhering to the prescribed deadlines set by the NBR.
- VAT Audits: Facilitating VAT audits conducted by the NBR or external auditors, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are available for review.
- Vendor Management: Interacting with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper VAT documentation and compliance on their part.
- Customer Queries: Addressing customer queries and concerns related to VAT, providing assistance and clarification as required.
- VAT Planning: Assisting in VAT planning activities to optimize VAT liabilities and minimize tax risks for the company.
- Training and Awareness: Conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders to raise awareness about VAT regulations and compliance requirements when required.
- Policy Implementation: Implementing VAT policies and procedures within the organization to ensure consistent compliance across all departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring changes in VAT laws and regulations, and recommending adjustments to internal processes and procedures to maintain compliance.
