• As a key member of the Financial Management Team, the prospective candidate will assume a strategic leading role in the overall management of the company’s finances and accounts. This critical role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations and financial management
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy:
- • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Financial Reporting:
- • Manage and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- • Help to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports using data from the accounting system.
- Financial Analysis:
- • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to the corporate management to support strategic planning.
- • Develop various financial models and costing analyses as and when required.
- Accounting Operations:
- • Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.
- Tax & Vat Management:
- • Supervise the annual tax & vat processes and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
- Internal Control:
- • Effective and efficient operation Internal Audit and Compliance Services.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and oversee.
- Strategic Financial Advice:
- • Provide strategic financial insights on a per-requisition basis to the Chairman, Managing Director and Board of Directors to support decision-making.
