Responsibilities & Context
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with exceptional service.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, associates, and delivery staff.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Coordinate with central operations, supply chain, and tech teams.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
- Drive continuous process improvements
