- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excell, PowerPoint) & Merchanting Software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the entire merchandising process from product development, Order confirmation and sampling to inhouse woven garments.
- To ensure timely execution of order.
- Handle product costing, Price negotiation & prepared cost breakdown sheets.
- Monitor & ensure the timely PP Sample.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet deadline while maintaining product quality standard.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends & competitor strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers, Production team, and Designer & Purchase team.
- Monitor inventory level, order quantities & ensure materials ability for production.
