Sound knowledge in English (Listening, Writing and Speaking) to handle Buyer/Client.
Good knowledge in Computer & Email to Client.
Strong analytical ability.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

To lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including order booking, processing, product development, instant price quotation based on customer requirement, negotiation and order follow up.
Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a development team effectively.
To ensure sourcing as per business plan & target
To develop merchandise under assigned category
Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time production & shipment.
To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
To ensure supplier’s PI and other commercial issues with coordinated effort.
To follow with commercial department to ensure all back to back LCs for yarn and related accessories done in due time.
To prepare and maintain time and action plan and execute accordingly to maintain customer delivery date.
Ability to work under pressure and finish work timely.
Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
