Job Context
A pioneer Nursing Institute is seeking applications from competent candidates for the above position.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Principal in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the educational programme of the institute.
- Assist Principal in administration and supervision of institute’s academic and other activities.
- Assist Principal conducting admission procedure and all examinations.
- Guide other nursing instructors in day to day academic activities.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to the students on topics as per roster.
- Prepare course materials, homework assignments and handouts.
- Supervise student’s laboratory and hospital work.
- Assist principal in maintaining discipline and law and order in the campus.
- Inform students and guardians about policy procedures and standards.
- Represent Principal in any internal or external meeting in her absence.
- Act as a mentor to others Instractors.
- Perform other duties an assigned by the Principal
