- We are looking for a skilled Automobile Workshop responsible person to manage the daily operations of our automobile workshop.
- Candidate will supervise mechanics, ensure proper maintenance and repair processes, Technical proficiency in automotive repair.
- Computer literacy for reporting and inventory management.
- Ability to manage relationships with concern person.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise all mechanical and servicing works in the workshop.
Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules.
Plan and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, prioritizing jobs to ensure minimal downtime for company vehicles.
Diagnose vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to mechanics.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of maintenance work.
Maintain job cards, parts usage, and billing records.
Coordinate with concern person regarding repair estimates and job completion.
Manage parts stock levels, order necessary supplies, and manage repair costs.
Maintain accurate records of services, parts, and maintenance, and handle warranty claims.
Maintain a safe workshop environment.
Report daily work summary to management.
