- Self-motivated, persuasive, good presentation skills, willing to travel.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop new client relationships in telecom operators, ISPs, EPC contractors, Cable TV Operators, Developer Companies, government bodies, and industrial customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the company’s fiber optic cable products.
- Conduct regular client visits to promote fiber optic cable products and gather market insights.
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
- Participate in bid preparation and support tender documentation.
- Collect market intelligence data (competitor pricing, new projects, client demand trends).
- Develop and maintain close relationships with mid-level contacts in telecom operators, ISPs, and contractors.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, technical brochures, and client presentations.
- Contribute to digital campaigns by preparing content and coordinating with design teams.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues to higher management when needed.
