Responsibilities & Context
- Receive, store and issue/dispense all the materials/FP in complying with related SOP.
- Prepare the GRN and also maintain all the store related Register/Stock Cards in timely manner.
- Receive, store and issue the raw and packaging material, Spare Parts, Stationery & Consumable items both manually and by using SAP software.
- Prepare the stock statement for all raw and packaging material, FP, Stationery & Consumable items.
- Perform all the store activities in complying with the rules and regulations of ISO and BSTI. Preserve all the related documents.
- Supervision all the Graded staffs & Casual staffs and ensure the cleanliness of store area.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
