Education

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong academic background with a focus on software development, system architecture, and DevOps.
Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
Strong background in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
Experience with DevOps, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a technical team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in scalable system architecture and cloud-based solutions.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and API Gateway.
